Initially, I had another real estate agent who was not very reachable. After gaining Lanika as my Real Estate Agent, she not only sent me several options for homes but was very positive in getting the job done. She showed me a couple of houses, and we tried to put in a bid for a couple of houses, but after the second one went bust, she did not give up and encouraged me to keep looking. We found the house that both myself and my mother agreed was best for our needs. And after a few hiccups here and there Lanika was able to get the job done. Even on vacation, Lanika was working hard to get paperwork and information passed to me. Finally, after a couple of more hiccups, the closing was today and it was smooth.
